ROY WALTER WENSKAY
Roy, 94, passed away July 4, 2016.
He attended the Trade School, graduating in January ’39. Roy was assigned to Department N-726, Locomotive Repair Shop. He enlisted in the U.S. Army serving in an Artillery Group. After the war he worked as a Toolmaker in the Dearborn area. Roy leaves behind a large loving family.
BETTY “LINDY” HENDRICKSON
Betty, also known as “Lucky Lindy” passed away June 15, 2016. The loving wife of Jack, they had just celebrated 63 years of marriage. Beloved mother, Grandmother and Great Grand-mother. Dear sister and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Betty was a long time member of the Ladies of Bonnie Brook. She was President, secretary, golfer of many Leagues and played cards with the Thursday group of Pinochle players. Hosted Super Bowl parties, was known for her breakfast menu when the Alumni Association held their picnic’s at Camp Dearborn. She and Jack won many a Bridge tournament. Betty also enjoyed telling jokes at the Alumni Association Retirees meetings bringing many a hearty laugh. She and her colorful hats will be missed by all who knew her!

Ada Belle “Missy” was the loving wife of Samuel (Sam) Ceritto, (deceased). She is survived by many loving family members, including grandchildren and great grandchildren. Missy will be missed, but her special style of life will live on.
A letter from her sister Katie Bauer describes what happen to Ada: On March 10 returning home from dinner with friends around 8:30 pm, a driver passed a car on a curve and hit Ada’s car head on. Both drivers died instantly. Her two friends while injured badly are recovering. The above letter was edited.
